A little about me.
Raised in Nashville, Tennessee, I spent my childhood years exploring design which eventually led me to pursue a degree in Fine Art with a focus in Design at Hampton University. Upon graduation, I moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where I have resided for almost 20 years.
My professional career in design has been diverse, spanning across a variety of industries including finance, non-profit, manufacturing, government, talent acquisition, human resources, insurance, and healthcare industries. My ability to navigate through different sectors has allowed me to bring unique perspectives to my projects which ultimately provides users with innovative experiences.
In addition to my career, I have always had a passion for giving back to the community. I have volunteered with Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and Girls Who Code, where I mentored young girls interested in technology and design. Additionally, I mentored emerging UX designers for Thinkful and ADPlist.org. Currently, I sit on the board for Paddle-4-Tomorrow, an organization whose mission is to introduce disadvantaged children to the outdoors and outdoor activities.
Let’s work together.
